Twice monthly discussions for adults seeking to improve their emotional and physical wellbeing (and/or their children's). The discussions will be semi-structured and intended to meet the specific needs of those present. Those who attend are welcome to speak or simply listen, come regularly, intermittently or only one time. Though each session will focus on a stand-alone topic and be a separate experience, attending regularly will more likely allow someone to benefit from how different topics and discussions reinforce and build upon one another. These are small group discussions (limited to 10 people). The role of the facilitators, aside from sharing information and guidance, is to provide a safe, nonjudgmental space that allows each participant to listen to themselves while also respectfully listening to others.
